I support Quantum ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and SQL environments by troubleshooting issues and communicating resolutions. I also configure and validate ERP uploads by mapping fields, checking data quality, and identifying exceptions.
I test reporting and workflow changes across ERP and SQL sources before deployment, and document ERP processes and Azure Data Factory pipelines. I also guide users through reports, data outputs, and approval processes.
Previously, at Insight Enterprises, I supported enterprise data and reporting systems using SQL, Azure, and Power BI. During a SQL Server migration, I documented workflows and helped the team transition without operational downtime.
