I designed, built, and run PersonaChat, a live AI character chat and companion platform built solo with Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase/Postgres, and Vercel.
I shipped streaming chat experiences, Story Mode and Companion Mode, long-term memory and relationship systems, multi-locale infrastructure, and a Discord persona layer distributed through the Discord App Directory. I instrument the full funnel in Postgres and use registration, thread creation, and activation data to decide what to build next.
I also built image generation workflows with ComfyUI and ComfyDeploy, ran Google Ads and Meta acquisition, and handled technical SEO and Search Console analysis. Previously, I ran an independent health tourism consultancy, owning lead generation, English-language client communication, provider coordination, and delivery.
