I’m a certified SuccessFactors SAP Consultant currently working in Customer support while specializing in implementing SAP SuccessFactors—especially Employee Central processes and technologies.

In my current role, I handle content moderation and policy compliance for digital platforms, reviewing flagged content, applying platform guidelines, and preparing appeals and case reviews while maintaining quality and performance KPIs.

Previously, as an HR Specialist during training, I supported recruitment, payroll benefits (G benefits), social insurance procedures, attendance, vacations, and training—while contributing to organization structure design and development towards achieving strategic goals.

I bring a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and a strong HR knowledge foundation, combining data analysis insights with clear communication, proactive problem solving, and a focus on quality and accuracy in every process.
