At Alchem Burundi, I supported healthcare facilities by investigating equipment issues, explaining problems, and helping users get equipment working reliably.
I installed, commissioned, maintained, troubleshot, and repaired medical equipment, including Mindray anesthesia machines and patient monitors. I also worked with SysAdvance oxygen plants and Abbott automated PCR systems.
I participated in equipment procurement and commissioning, coordinating technical needs and supporting reliable service delivery. Earlier, I assisted biomedical engineers at Kira Hospital and Near East Hospital with equipment installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and servicing.
I'm pursuing a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Oulu. I communicate in English and French at C2 level, speak Kirundi natively, and have CRM knowledge alongside basic data analysis and C++ skills.
