I'm currently a Junior Accountant at Ark Group Services Limited, managing employee payroll, staff records, client and service-provider invoicing, and payment processing.

I support budget planning and analysis, prepare and file tax returns, including NSSF and PAYE compliance, and compile monthly financial reports for business stakeholders. I also provide support during internal audits and implementation of recommendations.

Previously, I worked with DFCU Bank Uganda as a Direct Sales Representative, selling bank products, opening customer accounts, disbursing loans, and developing new business prospects. At Umeme Customer Experience, I resolved customer issues, handled customer data updates, and helped respond to more than 85% of customer calls through the contact center.

My earlier experience at Tobi Fuels and Nankulabye Supermarket strengthened my accounting, cash handling, stock monitoring, customer service, and administrative skills. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Makerere University Business School and use Microsoft Office and QuickBooks in my work.
