I’m looking to lead end-to-end backend and applied AI/ML systems—building scalable REST APIs, reliable data pipelines, and production-grade RAG/LLM workflows with strong engineering fundamentals.

I’m a Lead Backend Engineer and CTO with 10+ years building scalable, high-performance systems across fintech, web3, and healthtech. My focus is end-to-end backend architecture—clean separation of services, production-ready APIs, and performance that holds up under real load.

Most recently at Carefi, I refactored and optimized a modular Django REST backend and built AI-powered policy document decoding using a RAG pipeline with FAISS and Hugging Face, plus Gemini model integration and prompt engineering for claim validation and benefit determination. I also designed a QC dispatch framework and a query classification/resolution engine that routes hospital and insurer requests using rule-based logic and ML classifiers.
