I've built a strong foundation in health psychology through MS and BS degrees at Lahore College for Women University, earning academic distinctions including a Gold Medal and Roll of Honor.

For my MS thesis, I examined how flourishing and work engagement relate to compassion fatigue and compassion satisfaction among healthcare professionals. My earlier research explored humor styles, empathy, and subjective well-being in young adults.

I've also transcribed and translated English and Urdu qualitative interviews for research projects, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Alongside research, I taught Chemistry, Biology, and Physics, adapting lessons to individual learning needs.
