What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time or part-time remote role supporting U.S. real estate investors through acquisitions, dispositions, buyer outreach, deal analysis, CRM reporting, and pipeline management across U.S. time zones.

I'm currently closing multiple property deals per month at Blackstone Private Homes, managing dispositions from contract to closing. I list properties on Beycome and Houzeo, market off-market deals through InvestorLift, and build buyer relationships that support repeat business.

Previously at Executive Pro Home Buyers LLC, I managed dispositions and acquisitions pipelines, matched deals to buyer criteria, ran comps and ARV calculations, prepared offers, and supported seller negotiations. I use Excel trackers and reports to analyze pricing, buyer activity, response rates, closing timelines, and deal flow.

My background also includes seller follow-up, cold calling, skip tracing, lead qualification, CRM management, and email campaigns. I work remotely with U.S. real estate investors and am available across U.S. time zones.
