I’m a Project Coordinator with experience in project tracking, stakeholder communication, and documentation across distributed remote teams. I’m proficient in Jira, MS Project, and Google Workspace, and I enjoy turning messy project inputs into clear, actionable workflows.

As a Project Management Intern at Systems Limited (Hybrid), I drove AI portal adoption to 64% team usage by onboarding PMs and sharing feedback with the dev team. I built a Jira CR tracking dashboard that eliminated manual follow-ups across 14+ CRs, and designed a feedback tracker with 16+ PM sheets, including an auto-updating pie chart and linked navigation.

I also automated a project kickoff checklist using Power Automate, giving management live phase visibility. For two live projects, I tracked requirements and action points and kept both trackers current, then compiled weekly project status updates for review by the lead PM and upper management.

Earlier at Hayat Info Tech, I coordinated 100+ ERP tickets—reviewing requests, briefing developers with the right information, and managing client communication, ticket tracking, and time logging via Harvest. I’m currently working toward full project management through a Google Project Management Certificate (Coursera) and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
