I’m a results-driven Associate Project Manager with hands-on experience coordinating website delivery and digital projects for U.S.-based clients. I focus on project governance and technical workflows that keep teams aligned from planning through final handoff.

In my current role as a Project Manager, I lead coordination for website development and design initiatives—tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client engagements. I manage and mentor a team of 2 project coordinators, assigning work, reviewing progress, and maintaining delivery discipline.

I also act as the primary communication bridge between internal teams and U.S.-based clients. From requirement clarification to progress updates and issue resolution, I maintain comprehensive project documentation and monitor dependencies to escalate risks and keep projects moving smoothly.

Before this, I directed project planning and execution for websites and eCommerce projects, ensuring milestones were met on time and outcomes matched client expectations. I improved visibility and on-time delivery by streamlining task tracking and internal coordination with Trello, and I built strong execution habits through my project management internship supporting web and design deliveries.
