At UrbanLLM, I collected and processed urban civic complaint records for AI/LLM evaluation, developed standardized datasets, and tested an AI-based complaint classification and dispatch system. I also implemented confidence-based ML fallback logic and evaluated edge cases in classification, priority scoring, and department routing.

In my AWS Cloud Infrastructure & Networking project, I designed AWS environments with VPCs, subnets, Internet Gateways, and Security Groups, and provisioned Linux EC2 instances using the AWS CLI and Management Console. I’m interested in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation.
