As a Principal Consultant and Senior Java Developer, I spearheaded the migration of micro-service applications between private clouds, resolving complex challenges related to Kafka events and environment configurations. I also designed and developed new services, including integrating with payment gateways and architecting microservices for various client applications.

I led a team of 7 members and served as the subject matter expert, managing software development initiatives and resolving technical issues with project managers, developers, QA, and customers. I developed and managed AWS Lambda and Step Functions with Python for file processing, and participated in the architecture, design, and implementation of backend features and micro-frontends.

I gathered and defined customer requirements to develop clear specifications for project plans, and consulted with engineering team members to develop improvement plans. I managed development milestones from initial steps through final delivery, and delivered a performance-driven internal application that met all business requirements.

I provided outstanding service to clients like Goldman Sachs and Standard Chartered Bank, developing and maintaining software applications. I collaborated with project managers to select ambitious, but realistic coding milestones on pre-release software project development, and worked in agile methodologies and effective development best practices to enhance product development.

I coordinated with the technical manager on current tasks, including project requirement gathering and analysis. I worked closely with other stakeholders to gain full knowledge of the system architecture and implement it accordingly, and improved algorithm efficiency by comparing various approaches to a single task.

Completed a Master's in Software Systems from BITS Pilani while simultaneously working at Capgemini. This period involved rigorous academic study alongside professional responsibilities, demonstrating strong time management and dedication.

Studied Mining Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad. This foundational education provided a strong technical background and problem-solving skills.
