What I'm looking for

I’m looking to work in a challenging organization where I can use my skills for professional development and contribute to the organization’s needs.

At Rimon Law, I process semi-monthly payroll for 500+ employees using Paycom. I review timecards and follow up with employees and supervisors to complete approvals.

I also process manual checks and research payroll questions, including those related to PTO, garnishments, direct deposit, and tax matters.

For payroll accounting, I prepare journal entries and accruals, reconcile accounts, and help with month-end close. I reconcile 401k contributions and benefits accounts, and assist with year-end 5500 testing and audits.

Previously, I processed payroll at Alternatives, Inc. and Mannan Nahiam, Karim Associate. My work also included payroll tax returns, 1099 and 1040 returns, client bookkeeping, and account reconciliations.
