I seek hands-on roles in photonics or optical testing where I can apply precision assembly, characterization, and troubleshooting to improve device performance and manufacturing yield in a collaborative, quality-focused environment.

I am a detail-oriented lab technician with focused expertise in optics, photonics, and measurement technologies, bringing hands-on experience in optical system assembly, alignment, and optoelectronic device testing.

During my M.Sc. thesis I executed electro-optical characterization of semiconductor laser diodes and amplifiers, performed fiber-to-chip photonic packaging with permanent coupling and laser welding, and achieved low-loss pigtailed modules suitable for integration.

I have supported cleanroom fabrication and performed pre-/post-process metrology, root-cause failure analysis using near-field imaging and thermal measurements, and ensured device reliability through precision calibration and troubleshooting.

I am proficient with LabVIEW basics, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, AutoCAD 3D, and SolidWorks, and I communicate fluently in English and Urdu while holding advanced German; I seek roles where I can apply my experimental skills to improve photonic device performance and manufacturing yield.
