I've built and characterized optical systems through hands-on work with lasers, spectroscopy, optical alignment, and experimental measurement setups.
For my MSc project at Cochin University of Science and Technology, I fabricated dye-doped polymer optical fibers and investigated metal-enhanced fluorescence of Rhodamine 6G using silver nanoparticles. I carried out optical measurements, characterization, laboratory troubleshooting, and analysis.
At the Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad, I theoretically investigated whispering gallery modes in spherical micro-resonators, using modeling and simulation to analyze optical resonance and mode behavior.
I've also solved advanced physics problems as a Subject Matter Expert at Chegg Inc. My technical toolkit includes Zemax OpticStudio, COMSOL Multiphysics, MATLAB, Python, and experimental data analysis.
