What I'm looking for

Remote Python backend role (FastAPI/Django) building production APIs, microservices and integrations. 4+ years of experience, including healthcare AI (HL7/FHIR, DICOM/PACS), so health-tech is a great fit, but I'm open to any product. Full-time or long-term contract with international teams.

At SaveLife.AI / NeuroCare.AI, I build and maintain backend services for a 30-microservice FastAPI platform powering healthcare AI products. The platform serves 1,000+ clinicians and manages 29M+ DICOM imaging instances and 1M+ clinical reports.

I contributed backend services and audit-trail functionality across four FDA 510(k)-cleared products, including NeuroICH™. I also built and maintained HL7 v2.x and FHIR R4 integrations connecting clinical workflows with Epic, Cerner, and other EHR systems.

At HnH Soft Tech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd., I delivered backend services for international client projects across healthcare, fintech, CRM, e-commerce, and learning platforms.
