At Basalam, I built and deployed bi-chat.ir, a smart sales assistant that uses each vendor booth’s full context to chat with marketplace customers. I also developed OostaBot and redesigned seller-booth search with query expansion, parallel retrieval, reranking, and filtering to reduce zero-result searches.
