At PT Nexwave, I collect and analyze network performance data from NMS platforms, validate and visualize it for reporting, and build automated reports that reduce manual work. I also manage performance counters and KPIs to support daily monitoring, service quality, and network availability.
Previously at PT Elabram Systems, I handled daily network performance reporting, transformed raw data into visual reports and dashboards, and set up MYCOM alarms for earlier issue detection.
At PT Personel Alih Daya, I monitored nationwide telecom performance and prepared Speedtest by Ookla reports across operators. I cleaned, mapped, validated, and analyzed benchmark data covering speed, latency, and throughput.
