I engineered fuzzy matching for the Specialty Form Compliance Bot, which monitors 100+ daily events, and developed the Notes Verification Bot with 15-minute escalation logic as it scaled to 8+ technicians.
When a silent outage affected 307 cases across 61 properties, I traced it to a misspelled environment variable, audited 26 environment variables, and extended health checks. I also used precompute and snapshot caching to resolve Google Sheets rate limits and make dashboard loads instant.
