I’m looking for a role where I can own operations and executive/admin support for multi-stakeholder programs—driving compliance, documentation, and logistics with remote-ready collaboration, autonomy, and accountability for measurable deliverables.

I’m an operations and administrative professional with 18+ years of experience in program coordination, multi-stakeholder management, logistics, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional support across international organizations and diplomatic missions. I’ve built a career around enabling senior leadership—keeping complex operations organized, compliant, and moving forward even under pressure.

Since Sep 2019, I’ve supported the Management Counselor and senior leadership at the U.S. Embassy Islamabad, providing administrative and operational support across a multi-agency mission of 2,500+ personnel. I manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and official correspondence across 12+ U.S. Government agencies, while coordinating with HR, Travel, Shipping, GSO, and Facilities to ensure operational readiness for day-to-day execution.

I also bring deep program and operations leadership from humanitarian and development environments, including managing a USD 3 million multi-sector program portfolio across three provinces (May 2013–Dec 2018). I’ve handled budgets, reporting timelines, donor documentation, recruitment and onboarding, and progress updates—translating operational realities into accurate stakeholder-ready records and deliverables.
