I'm interested in opportunities involving operations coordination, data quality, financial operations, accounts payable, process improvement, workflow automation, and remote business support.

At FleetIT, I manage U.S. fleet records, vehicle registrations, toll accounts, and operational updates across multiple platforms. I also review toll charges, process payments, and investigate account and billing discrepancies.

I build and maintain automated workflows with Microsoft Power Automate, Excel, and Google Sheets to reduce repetitive work and support accurate data management. My work has helped improve registration and toll-account turnaround and streamline payment and citation processes.

At MMS Outsourcing Solutions, I supported drivers, coordinated vehicle maintenance follow-ups, and provided hands-on IT support. I also entered and posted reviewed invoices to Microsoft Dynamics and later joined FleetIT as a Data Entry Executive.

Earlier, at Omega Digital, I wrote SEO-focused articles, blog posts, and landing pages, with multiple articles ranking on Google's first page for competitive keywords.
