At Netiks International, I lead development of Dynamics 365 CRM modules for banking and government clients, including Bank of Beirut, Iraq Development Bank and ACTVET. I also build Copilot Studio agents and integrate Azure OpenAI into CRM and web modules.

At AQUILA360, I built .NET Core REST APIs and microservices backed by SQL Server and MongoDB, along with event-driven features using Kafka and SignalR. I also single-handedly built and managed True Life Care, a hospital SaaS for patient appointments and doctor scheduling.
