What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build production AI systems—RAG, function calling, and agent workflows—where I can own full-stack features (React/FastAPI) and work closely with AI teams to deliver fast, reliable enterprise results.

I’m a Software Engineer at IBEX Lahore, embedded with an enterprise client to enhance their AI customer service agent on Sierra’s platform. I work across code and no-code tooling, using Agent SDK and Agent Studio to ship improvements that teams can adopt quickly.

I build and maintain full-stack features for IBEX’s AI Agent Builder Platform (AMP) with React.js and FastAPI. I’ve designed Redis-based session management, conversation history tracking, and function-calling integrations to enable context-aware, low-latency LLM interactions.

I collaborate with AI teams on RAG-based architectures that connect domain-specific enterprise knowledge bases to agent pipelines. On the side, I’ve developed products like MeetBot, an AI meeting assistant using Next.js, TypeScript, FastAPI, RAG, and OpenRouter to turn transcripts into searchable knowledge with automated action-item exports.
