Muhammad Hammad Akhtar

I’m a dedicated third-year MBBS student with a strong academic background and a clear interest in clinical research, medical documentation, and healthcare communication. I’m detail-oriented, with excellent observation, accurate typing, and strong organizational skills that help me maintain high-quality records.

Through clinical exposure at Wah Medical College, I’ve observed patient history taking and examinations, and I’ve assisted in maintaining case notes and presentations. I’m also currently working on 4-5 research projects, where I support questionnaire designing and literature review, collect and organize survey data, and contribute to data analysis and English report writing.

As a medical scribe, I’ve practiced accurate typing and medical note formatting, improved listening and summarizing from case discussions, and I’m familiar with SOAP notes and EMR basics. I’m eager to bring a HIPAA-informed, consistent documentation approach to improve patient care through reliable record-keeping.
