At WADE, I’m the sole DevOps engineer responsible for infrastructure supporting food delivery, ride-hailing, wallet, and payment services. I operate self-managed Kubernetes clusters on Hetzner Cloud and run GitOps delivery with ArgoCD and GitLab CI/CD.

I also run the platform’s observability stack and operate PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ. I resolved production issues including Kubernetes control-plane certificate expiry, PostgreSQL replication conflicts, and exhausted database replica disks.

At VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions), I supported vCloud Smart, a multi-cloud cost optimization and governance platform. I deployed infrastructure with CloudFormation and Terraform modules, and built cross-cloud ETL pipelines to automate cost reporting.

Earlier, I built cloud infrastructure for Aladwaa.com at Nahdet Misr Publishing Group and managed AWS EKS workloads at Nagwa Limited, where I reduced AWS costs by about 40%. I also guided students through DevOps projects as a Teaching Assistant at Information Technology Institute (ITI), and managed three client projects as a Freelance DevOps Engineer.
