Muhammad Bilal Asif
@muhammadbilalasif1
Senior Android Engineer building scalable, real-time booking and payment apps with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Senior Android Engineer with 8+ years of experience delivering production Android products across multi-tenant platforms, real-time features, and payments. I’m especially motivated by turning complex product needs into clean, predictable app architecture and smooth user experiences.
At PadelOS (Moonlabor), I build and maintain a white-label Android platform used by padel and racket sports clubs across Europe and UAE. I designed a multi-flavor architecture to ship 10+ club apps, and I led core features like court booking, memberships, tournaments, and training sessions—covering the full lifecycle from development to release and maintenance.
I also focus heavily on real-time and commerce capabilities. I implemented live updates using sockets, integrated payment flows (subscriptions, packages, bookings) via Mollie, and used MVI with Kotlin Flows for reliable state management. I’ve added multi-language support with Tolgee and converted Figma designs into reusable Jetpack Compose components.
Before that, I developed Android apps for PollenAi in KSA, including driver location tracking, delivery status updates, and monitoring sensor data (temperature, humidity, GPS coordinates). Earlier roles strengthened my fundamentals through Flutter/Kotlin product work, crash/ANR resolution, and shipping feature updates—while mentoring junior developers and applying Agile (Scrum) practices.
