What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve secure, high-availability network and IT infrastructure, delivering reliable services, stronger security, and effective support for users and mission-critical operations.

I'm currently supporting mission-critical enterprise network operations at the US Embassy in Islamabad, where I administer, maintain, and optimize secure infrastructure using Cisco Catalyst 9300, Cisco ISE, Firepower, BGP, OSPF, VPNs, SolarWinds, and wireless technologies. I've led upgrades and migrations, strengthened access controls and security policies, and improved reliability through proactive monitoring and root-cause troubleshooting.

Previously, I managed ICT infrastructure for up to 500 users at NFC-IET and delivered Microsoft 365, Moodle, NPS, Squid, pfSense, RADIUS AAA, and network monitoring solutions. Across long-term systems, network, support, and web-development roles, I've built dependable Windows, Linux, Mac, Cisco, virtualization, storage, and data-center environments while training users and supporting teams.
