In my current role as Assistant Technical Officer (IT) with Federal Govt. Employee, I manage enterprise infrastructure supporting 2,000+ nodes and 70+ switches. I configure and maintain Layer 2/Layer 3 switches, routers, and optical-fibre backbone infrastructure.
I administer firewalls, VLANs, and port-security controls, contributing to a reported 35% reduction in security vulnerabilities. I also manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and access permissions for more than 500 users.
Earlier, I worked as a Network Engineer at Descon Engineering Limited and held IT operations roles at Excel Financial Services (Pvt.) Ltd. and Harvest Topworth International. Across these roles, I supported LAN/WAN environments, infrastructure deployments, security improvements, and IT operations.
