I use Postman for API testing and SQL for database validation, checking functionality, error handling, integrations, data flow, accuracy, and consistency. I also execute smoke, build-acceptance, regression, and functional testing across Agile delivery cycles.
Previously at GTech Sources, I designed and executed manual test scenarios for web and mobile applications, including functional, regression, API, performance/load, and end-to-end testing. I worked closely with developers and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, reproduce critical defects, verify fixes, and support stable releases.
I've tested products across SaaS, POS, healthcare/veterinary, automotive, e-commerce, Shopify, HRM, and CRM domains, including DVMCentral, Full Rail, SearchAVet, CollectPOS, VTFriends, SSF, Survey, Unixfor, and HungerRush. I also mentor junior QA engineers on test design, defect reporting, and regression testing practices.
