I am a registered pharmacist with deep experience in pharmaceutical and household product R&D, technology transfer, and new product introduction. I combine hands-on formulation knowledge with program-level project management to deliver complex site transfers and scale-ups.

At multinational firms I led cross-functional teams and served as SME for NPD/NPI processes, ERP (SAP), and manufacturing coordination, driving projects with multimillion-dollar investments and significant net sales uplift.

My achievements include leading product resitting and major SKU transfers, preparing business cases for new product development, and supporting regulatory submissions for household and medical device products.

I bring practical supervision experience, proficiency with project tools (MS Project, Kanban, Jira), and a pragmatic approach to change management and operational excellence, focused on delivering on-time, compliant product launches.
