At New Holland Industrial / CNH Industrial, I design and develop tractor structural, sheet-metal and chassis-related components, including axle supports, front ballast, battery mounts and drawbars. I prepare models, assemblies and drawings, and use DMU checks, DFMEA and tolerance analysis to identify risks before release.

Previously, at Hero MotoCorp, I designed jigs, fixtures and test rigs for brake, vibration, fatigue and vehicle-level validation. I also investigated field and warranty failures using test and field information, and recommended design countermeasures.
