What I'm looking for

Looking for a fully remote role where I can own product work end to end, mostly on Ruby on Rails, but I’m happy with other stacks too. Open to senior or lead engineer and engineering manager roles, full-time or contract. Based in Sarajevo (CET) and used to working async with teams in Europe and the US.

At Homeflow, I work across core products with hands-on Ruby on Rails development and engineering leadership. I help shape product and delivery decisions, and improve team workflows to make delivery more predictable.

At saas.group, I developed and maintained Juicer.io, a social media aggregation platform. I also led retrospectives, refined workflows, and supported sprint planning and quarterly roadmaps.

At SuitePad, I led the backend team and engineered a production system used by over 60,000 hotel tablets. I developed a hotel chain onboarding feature that improved content management efficiency by 40%, and built a payment processing system from the ground up.

Across earlier roles, I worked on secure data systems, custom web platforms, and mobile applications. I’ve been crafting software since 2010 and working remotely since 2017.
