I’m an enthusiastic and hard-working fresher with a steady approach to learning, team support, and clear communication. I’m ready to contribute quickly while building practical experience in a professional setting.

In my recent roles, I’ve worked as an HR Recruiter, including positions with Fintech Flow Positin and Teleperformance. I also bring customer-facing experience from being a Customer Care Executive and a Customer Outreach Specialist, where outreach, coordination, and effective communication are essential.

Beyond work, I’ve developed a proactive mindset through public-facing preparation and teamwork. I’m comfortable supporting processes, communicating clearly, and staying organized with time management, leadership, and critical thinking.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Shandong Jiatong University and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. I also bring achievement-driven confidence from participating in multiple competitions and securing positions like 2nd in a robotics competition and 3rd in Makathon.
