What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead social media and digital campaigns end-to-end—creating content, coordinating influencers/UGC, analyzing performance, and supporting community engagement—with room to grow my brand strategy and analytics skills.

I’m a marketing and social media professional with hands-on experience in content creation, brand coordination, digital campaigns, and community engagement across fashion, beauty, food, and lifestyle brands. I bring a strong foundation in customer service, administration, and stakeholder communication, built on digital marketing principles and performance measurement.

In my most recent roles as Social Media Manager and Account Manager, I coordinate daily marketing and social media activities across multiple brands. I lead digital marketing strategy, create Instagram and other platform content (captions, visuals, and campaign messaging), and track content performance and campaign metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

I also enjoy the people side of marketing—coordinating influencer partnerships and UGC, planning brand activations and promotional initiatives, and managing lead management and client enquiries. Alongside this, my background in psychology and counselling (and experience as a Psychosocial Support Worker and Lay Counsellor) strengthens my emotional intelligence, communication, and ability to support others with empathy and confidentiality.
