What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead scalable frontend work, improve performance and architecture, mentor engineers, and build modern AI-driven or enterprise web applications with collaborative cross-functional teams.

I've led frontend development for AI-driven enterprise platforms at Treeleaf Technologies, reducing build sizes by 77.25%, improving load times by 57.1%, and cutting heap memory usage by 82.24%.

I build scalable React, Next.js, and TypeScript applications using modular architectures, micro frontends, Nx monorepos, Module Federation, GraphQL, and performance-focused build tooling. I've also built B2B e-commerce applications, a banking software frontend used by hundreds of co-operatives across Nepal, and a property-management platform.

At Archisys Innovations & Developers, I managed a team of five engineers, led code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions, and introduced maintainable architectural patterns. I enjoy mentoring developers, improving frontend performance, and creating consistent, reusable UI systems.
