Backend Engineer specializing in event-driven, real-time, and distributed systems, with strong expertise in NestJS, Node.js, Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL. Proven experience designing and scaling low-latency architectures handling 1,500+ concurrent WebSocket connections, sub-200ms real-time media flows, and high-throughput asynchronous pipelines.

Extensive hands-on experience with Kafka-based multi-consumer architectures, including consumer group design, partitioning strategies, idempotent processing, and exactly-once semantics for critical workflows such as payments and media pipelines. Experienced in orchestrating fan-out processing across multiple independent services (persistence, notifications, media processing, analytics) while maintaining ordering guarantees and fault isolation.

Deep knowledge of WebRTC (MediaSoup), enterprise authentication systems (SAML 2.0, SCIM 2.0, OAuth2), and resilient data flows including resumable uploads, retryable background jobs, and multi-tenant security. Strong architectural decision-making skills, performance diagnostics at the event-loop level, and a preference for clean, explicit, and scalable system design.
