Mouad Elqaddar

I’m a Full-Stack developer and UI/UX designer with 3 years of experience, focused on building robust, high-performance applications for critical institutional projects. I work across backend and frontend, and I design user experiences from wireframing to implementation.

On the backend, I specialize in Spring Boot, Laravel, and Symfony, and I build REST APIs to power functional modules. On the frontend, I develop with React.js, Vue.js, and Angular to deliver responsive, maintainable interfaces.

In my recent role at DigiUp, I’m developing an e-learning platform using Vue.js 3, Laravel, and MySQL, including designing and implementing REST API endpoints for core modules (courses, homework, grades, attendance, and calendar). I also design UI/UX in Figma using an Agile Scrum workflow.

Previously at Optimgov, I developed key features for a governmental platform (Spring Boot backend, Angular frontend) and contributed to both backend and UI/UX for the VBG Mali project using Symfony and Angular. I also build product projects like citizen incident reporting and real-time repair tracking, and I’ve applied Machine Learning in Python for student performance analysis and recommendations.
