What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my computer science knowledge and experience in digital marketing, logistics, and customer support, contribute to an organization’s success, and keep learning and sharpening my skills.

At KENNEX Construction Company LTD, I manage company ICT needs, records and communications, as well as transport and inventory. I also oversee construction sites from the beginning of a project through handover and manage field staff.

At CCI Kenya on the Amerigas Campaign, I handled customer delivery requests by phone and chat, processed orders and billing inquiries, and followed PCI compliance requirements. I also volunteered technical support to teammates and helped coordinate work-tool compliance.

At Wowzi Technologies Ltd., I verified influencer content and campaign delivery, contributed to maintaining records of problematic posts, and managed and trained a verification team of three.

My experience also includes network cabling and equipment configuration at Kenya Power, census enumeration for KNBS, and computer hardware and software support at Longonot Cyberworld. I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Technology from The Technical University of Kenya.
