At Essendant, I maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure and manage IGEL thin clients for secure, scalable digital workspaces. I led the end-to-end IGEL OS 12 upgrade, from planning and testing through deployment and post-migration support.

Previously at Community First Medical Center, I engineered Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.15 infrastructure for more than 800 concurrent users and upgraded the environment to Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 2203 LTSR. I also built Windows Server and Windows 11 VDI images, mirrored the Citrix environment for disaster recovery, and implemented Rubrik backup and recovery.

At Coyote Logistics, I designed and managed a Citrix environment supporting 1,600 concurrent users, led a Virtual Apps and Desktops migration, and contributed to a $500k reduction in costs through license and hardware utilization analysis.

Across Citrix, VMware, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and endpoint management, I focus on reliable infrastructure, lifecycle upgrades, security patching, capacity planning, and practical technical documentation.
