What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a junior CRM Functional Consultant role, remote or hybrid, where I can keep building on real client work.

I've built an end-to-end Dynamics 365 Sales implementation, TechPro CRM, covering lead management, role-based security, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Power Automate automation, and reporting.

I moved into CRM after earning a Bachelor of Pharmacy and teaching myself Dynamics 365 hands-on. I document my work thoroughly and independently diagnosed and resolved 11 real configuration issues, from security scope behavior to Power Automate lookup field syntax. I'm working toward the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales AI Consultant Associate (AB-210) credential and bring client-facing communication from my regulated healthcare background.
