At Siegwerk, I lead the transition of D365 CE application ownership from Deloitte to the internal team. I also own the Azure DevOps CI/CD and ALM pipeline for managed solutions.

At Orascom Development, I implemented C# plugins and custom workflows that reduced manual work by 40%, and built Power Automate flows integrated with Dataverse. Earlier, I developed e-learning, teaching assistant, and CRM systems as a freelance full-stack web developer, and contributed to integration projects as a Software Engineer Trainee at IBM.
