In my Construction Virtual Assistant / Estimating Support work on selected Australia residential projects, I prepared architectural quantity take-offs using CostX and produced BOQs.
As a Construction Virtual Assistant (US-Based), I supported HP and PV project documentation, including progress reports and site records. I also submitted inspection reports and reviewed QC documentation for completeness and project compliance.
In that role, I prepared and submitted PV and HVAC compliance documents and maintained project records for remote workflows. I supported the design and management of renewable energy projects involving HVAC and solar energy systems.
As a Site and Office Engineer (PH-Based), I prepared quantity calculations and reviewed drawings, shop drawings, and finish schedules. I verified installed quantities during site inspections, coordinated material requirements with suppliers, and prepared RFIs and tracked drawing revisions.
