What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role where I can combine development practice with community support and customer-centered work, helping vulnerable people and strengthening livelihoods through organized, empathetic, data-informed execution.

I am a dedicated development practitioner with a strong background in humanitarian and community support initiatives. I lead with empathy and resilience, motivated to create meaningful impacts through effective communication, organized planning, and strategic partnerships.

Currently, I work as a Direct Sales Representative at Caritas Microfinance Bank, where I handle sales & prospecting, product promotion, and customer engagement. I also support documentation, reporting & feedback, and use market intelligence to drive cross-selling & upselling.

Alongside this, I volunteer with Kenya Red Cross Society to support disaster response and provide comfort and vital services to crisis-affected individuals. I bring this same service mindset into my internship experience as a Social Welfare Officer Intern at Nyeri County Government, where I supported welfare initiatives for vulnerable groups through records management, weekly reporting, and social inquiry responses.

Earlier, I served as an Attachèe at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, handling front office duties, ICT operations including data entry, and support to self-help groups through enrollment, registration, verification, and membership card processing. I also built development and partnership capacity with the National Council of NGOs, and completed cooperative training with Global Communities (USAID), complementing my Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies (Second-Class Honors, Upper Division) and recognition through Presidential Awards for professionalism, integrity, consistency, and teamwork.
