Cloud Platform / DevOps Engineer with 3+ years building and operating production AWS infrastructure — live customer traffic, real availability constraints, no sandbox work. I specialize in Terraform-driven infrastructure, Kubernetes orchestration (EKS), and reliability engineering.

At Yellow Tail Tech, I built the operational foundation the platform ran on: standardized Terraform modules that cut environment provisioning from hours to minutes, rebuilt SLO/SLI-driven alerting in Prometheus and Grafana that eliminated alert fatigue, and automated GitHub Actions pipelines end-to-end — code from merge to production with zero manual handoffs. I also reduced AWS infrastructure costs by 20% through systematic rightsizing and lifecycle enforcement.

I'm drawn to platform and SRE work because I like inheriting systems with real problems and leaving them meaningfully better — cleaner IaC, saner alerting, CI/CD that actually runs itself.

Outside of work, I'm an IFBB Pro Men's Physique Bodybuilder — the same discipline and process-orientation I bring to competition carries directly into how I approach engineering.
