Monty Lykins

I’m an aspiring Software Engineer with a strong foundation in custom web application development and system integration. Right now, I’m driving operational efficiency at Farsight Management by building a custom, mobile-responsive inventory management system.

At Farsight Management, I’m architecting an inventory management system to replace manual tracking, improving how teams manage inventory across company vehicles, warehouses, and job sites. I’m also developing a Progressive Web App (PWA) and implementing automated vendor price scraping to keep inventory and pricing accurate.

I bring hands-on experience in database management, automation, and technical administration, with a focus on reliable operations. I manage internal system security using SSH keys and streamline administrative ticket queues to increase data accuracy and team productivity.

My academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Software Engineering from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate in Programming and Web Design from Zane State College. I’m committed to contributing to innovative software solutions in a professional development environment where I can keep improving and delivering real business impact.
