What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve mentorship, community, and event programmes, using participant engagement, strong stakeholder relationships, and data-driven processes to create meaningful international experiences.

At the European Respiratory Society, I lead the Lung Science Conference Mentorship Programme, connecting 40 early-career mentees with 10 senior mentors annually. I redesigned applications, introduced mentor–mentee icebreakers, and launched an open mentor call to strengthen participation and long-term relevance.

I coordinate hybrid and in-person seminars, training programmes, and convenings for 100–250 participants, managing registration, stakeholder communications, vendors, logistics, catering, contracts, budgets, and post-event evaluation. I also own CRM and database processes, build participation reporting, and maintain templates and documentation that improve team efficiency.

Earlier, I supported international education, public-policy, UN, and Council of Europe work across conferences, senior stakeholder logistics, communications, reporting, and administration. I bring a practical, detail-focused approach to building engaging experiences for international communities.
