I created a Bad Debt Tracker using Power BI data to improve visibility of overdue accounts and team performance. I also contributed to the QDM project, Duty Unbilled Recon Centralization & Optimization, which received Success Spotlight Recognition.
At Bidvest Car Rental, I held finance and administration roles, including Junior Credit Controller. I managed a debtor's book of approximately 200 active accounts and reduced overdue debt on my assigned ledger from over R3 million to under R2 million.
My experience also includes reducing Total Petroleum's overdue balance from R200,000 to R25,000. I bring hands-on experience in accounts receivable, credit control, financial reconciliations, and reporting.
