In my current role as an Associate Oce Interior Consultant, I prepare customer quotations, check product availability and lead times, and support order preparation. I also maintain sales records in the ERP system and update product information, pricing, technical specifications, and images.
At MyStay s.r.o., I resolved customer product and service issues, kept interaction records in HubSpot, and supported customers across the Balkan and Baltic regions and German-speaking countries. Earlier, I managed guest check-ins, reservations, and payments at Sunsites Ltd., and taught German at LinguaLink Language School.
