As a self-employed research contractor, I provide R&D services to academic and private-sector clients, designing experimental workflows and conducting X-ray and TEM measurements of functional materials. I also deliver technical reports and manage client timelines, deliverables, and confidential information.
At Aalto University, I studied polymer-based electrolytes for energy storage, connecting morphology with performance through structural, thermal, and electrochemical characterization. I designed in-situ SAXS experiments to examine polymer behavior under electric fields, temperature changes, and solvent evaporation, and prepared TEM samples using microtoming, cryomicrotoming, and vitrification.
