I manage EU-funded technical assistance projects and framework contracts at the Office for Economic Policy and Regional Development, overseeing full project lifecycles, compliance, and financial supervision.

I've coordinated capacity-building projects worth €750,000 to €1.3M, supporting national institutions in aligning with EU requirements and accession objectives. My work spans education, circular economy, competitiveness, innovation, green diplomacy, labour market policy, and public health.

I lead competitive EU framework bids and tender submissions for organisations including the European Commission, EU Delegations, World Bank, CEDEFOP, UNICEF, and the European Training Foundation. I bring together partners and technical experts, coordinate technical and financial proposals, and identify opportunities through TED.

With an International Business degree from the University of Greenwich and postgraduate Business Management studies focused on project management, I combine international business knowledge with practical delivery across complex multi-country programmes.
